Macallan Master Lalique Collection Chest.

The Island Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong saw Bohnams put some rare Single Malt Whisky under the hammer. The star of the sales was “The Macallan Master Lalique Collection” in chest, which is the only set produced and available in the world.

The set consisted of the three malts Distilled and bottled by The Macallan Distillers, filled inside Laique Crystal decanters. They include Macallan Lalique I, 50 year old, The Macallan Lalique II, 55 year old, one of 430 limited edition bottles ever made. The set completes with The Macallan Lalique III, 57 year old, one of limited edition of 400 bottles.

Grappig om te zien. Ik ben namelijk een koffer uit de jaren '20 aan het bewerken. Deze heb ik op de markt in Rotterdam gekocht. De bedoeling is dat ik daar drie flessen ik kan tonen. Leuk hebbedingetje voor thuis.

Geniet dus alleen al van de kist. Lijkt er enigszins op.
