Zurig, appels, banaan.....zelfs wat kokos. De neus is zeer aanwezig en de smaak maakt waar wat de neus beloofd. Geen enkele whisky die ik eerder proefde, lijkt hier erg op. Hij is lekker.....maar erg apart. Niet een volmondig ja maar zeker interessant zeg!

Laatste restje van mn sample opgedronken. Bijzondere whisky. Lijm, plastic, witte wijn, zurig.....maar ook malt- smaken, houtinvloeden en een klein beetje bitter.

Ik wil hier toch wel een flesje van aanschaffen. Niet om vaak te drinken maar zo nu en dan omdat deze echt behoorlijk anders is dan wat ik in mn kast heb staan. Een beetje vreemd maar wel lekker.

Well, I like Ben Nevis in general, that is, mind you, only the good stuff.


And this one surely makes me realize I'll have to look more into 96 Ben Nevis. The MOS 16yo was great, the 15yo OB's were amazing…
This one has again exactly that nose I'm looking for. Big on banana's and brown sugared butter milk. And indeed, as mark stated, the baby's fruit mix with Betterfood. My youth starts rolling out in my mind… that's why I'm having this baby right now in the morning! Old breakfast habit nose!!!!
The flavor has the same with a good creaminess with some wood bitters. Great great stuff. This really rocks my boat! Great selection, and what a bottling to have as a Clubbotteling."

zelf maar eens een sample Clynelish 1984 SMWS 29yo 26.106 er bij genomen. Mjammie! Nog een fles gesloten van, die blijft nog even wat olie produceren voor een paar jaar
