Grant's Cask Editions No. 1 - Edinburgh Ale Cask Finish

(I'm writing in English since I share this with Grant's)
Glass: Libbey tasting glass. Sticky tears are falling slowly into my glass.
Color: Full gold
Nose: Malty, I recognize some flintstone (vuursteen in Dutch) but very gentle, some honey sweets
Taste: Honey sweetness, dry in tast, malt (bread), there is a little sweetness
Finish: A little spicy, some fruitiness, some bitterness in the aftertaste.
Since I don't know how Edinburgh Ale tastes, I can't tell you if I recognize this in this dram.
