With 2nd June just around the corner, we trust you’re busy dusting down your gym shoes, running shorts and bog snorkels in preparation for the big event.
Just in case you haven’t yet located your nearest Ardbeg Day celebration, there’s still time to visit ardbeg.com and find out where you can join us at gatherings and parties around the world.
What’s on the cards for Ardbeg Day?
You don’t even have to wait until 2nd June to participate, as the first event in the 2012 Islay-limpics is about to begin – a race to collect 12 limited edition sporting cards.
Over the next few days, these cards will start appearing in undisclosed online locations. (Hints may be dropped on ardbeg.com and our Twitter page from time to time.)
To play, you should simply download or screengrab the images as you find them, then email the full set to ardbegdayrace@ardbeg.com by 7th June 2012 by 5pm GMT*.
The first ten people to be drawn from the hat will win some rare and highly prized signed Ardbeg collectibles.
Of course, this should be viewed as a warm-up exercise only. We look forward to seeing you for the show-stopping, cork-popping main event on 2nd June…
